This part of the page is all about the hit anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion. The first time I watched it, I immediately fell in love with the series and decided to make a page about it. The story goes when a giant unidentified object crashed on Antartica in the year 2000. A message from an alien source came and told the human race that God ordered them to send this object which they called an angel. The object was soon discovered to be a gigantic, massive living organism. It remained dormant for quite a while when suddebly, it exploded. The explosion was so intense that the whole Antartica melted and caused massive flooding all over the world. The angels vowed that they would return after 15 years and see if the human race had learned its lesson. So in this time span, the human race prepared and created NERV, and organization with almost an unlimited amount of funds which was asked to create the ultimate fighting machine to fend of this angels. They created the Evangelions, massive machines which were paterned with the angel they've captured before all the tumoil(Lilith). However, not just anybody could pilot these machines. Gendi Ikari, the commander of NERV, created the "Human Aid Program" to find suitable pilots. Until the year 2015, all that the program could find were three 14 year olds, Asuka Langley Rei Ayanami Shinji Ikari who all had their own personal problems. And the story goes on.
